Pack Camping Trips
What is it?
Being in nature, especially overnight camping, is a staple of Cub Scouting. Pack 1965 has at least 2 campouts every year - fall and spring. Other opportunities for dens and families may be scheduled too.
As we build out the details for each activity in the program, we will add tips, links, and checklists here. If your family is not experienced or equipped for camping, don't worry! The Pack has some core essentials such as tents and sleeping bags and we're happy to share both materially and with guidance in what to bring, what to buy, what to leave at home!
When is it?
Typically, Pack Camping Trips are held twice a year. The dates will be added to the Pack Calendar and shared at both Pack Events and Den meetings.
